• Content — campaign briefs, prompts, and images you upload to generate videos.
• Billing data — records of credit purchases and usage. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.

• Log and usage data such as IP address, browser/user agent, pages viewed, and actions taken (recorded in audit logs for security).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate your videos — which includes transmitting your prompts and uploaded images to third-party AI providers.
• To process credits, billing, and prevent fraud or abuse.

• To maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Processing

To generate content, we share the minimum necessary data (e.g. your prompt text and a link to your uploaded image) with AI providers such as our video and language-model partners. These providers process the data to return your output and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How We Protect Your Data

• Passwords are hashed; sensitive integration secrets (such as API keys) are encrypted at rest.
• Access controls and audit logging restrict and record administrative actions.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated videos may be stored temporarily and are subject to storage limits; provider links can expire. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
